New Policy Brief: Why public investment in pre-school education is needed

Early childhood care and education in on the policy agenda in Ethiopia. Few Ethiopian children attend pre-school, and those who to are typically in urban areas and are not the poorest children. This policy brief draws on statistical analysis of the impact of ECCE to highlight the benefits of intesting in publicly funded ECCE programmes.
